Starting to Rebuild

May 2, 2016
I decided to let go of mygentlelions.com website. So, I am back on Yola and also have a Gentle Lions Rabbitry Facebook page, which is most likely to have the current information on stock available, litters & show wins. The rabbitry has struggled that last few years. The beginning seemed to be dogs attacking and killing rabbits, then mold poisoning from mold in feed, the last and most difficult to identify was water toxicity. I am still not sure if it was a microorganism or toxic element. After installing a triple carbon water filtering system with UV sterilization light the rabbits are thriving again and we have seven litters. So very thankful for finding a solution and the support of family and friends that didn't let me give up. There were too many loses, but another blessing is the rabbitry has offspring from most of the best breeders that were lost.
